Arg the aardvark and Raq the raccoon are two twenty-somethings who work in an office. Arg is the IT guy and Raq does data entry or something. Somehow comedy ensues because sometimes real life is funny when it happens to someone else.

Company Lunch started in mid-2013, when Austin and I still worked together (Austin went back to his home office in Maryland later in 2013, and I kept it going). The comic was based on the office where Austin and I worked. We worked with some very interesting characters and many interesting things happened. We had dabbled in the idea of making a webcomic and decided that by basing it on our office, the comic pretty much wrote itself.
Company Lunch is illustrated by hand, then colored digitally using GIMP, which is like an open-source version of Photoshop.

Being a slightly dysfunctional, alternative blended family can be chaotic, but where there's chaos there's love, and sometimes booze.
James and Rachel are always coming up with business ideas to make a little extra money - from baking to food trucks to making Christmas wreathes to doing taxes - to help support their three boys and a dog. ADD and mishaps get in the way. Alcohol makes it all better.
